(Art Commission)
I. Sketch (Unlimited Revisions)
Concept & Reference — The client provides a clear description along with image references. Additional fees may apply for entirely new design requests.Pricing Confirmation — The total cost, including any extra charges, will be confirmed before proceeding.Pricing Detailed — Backgrounds, or many accesories will be additional charges.
Commercial use will be x2 Total PriceDraft Sketch — A simple sketch focusing on overall shape, posing, and composition.Refined Sketch — A more detailed sketch that serves as a preview before moving to the next stage.
II. Production Phase (Revision Fees Apply)
Lineart — Clean and finalized line work. Only minor revisions are accepted at this stage.Coloring — Application of base colors, shading, and highlights. Major revisions will incur additional fees.Delivery — The completed artwork will be delivered through Google Drive, Discord, or Email, in JPG or PNG format, 300 DPI resolution.
III. Finishing Phase (Revisions Not Applicable)
Rendering & Effects — Final touches such as overlay, lighting, and overall adjustments to complete the artwork.

Payment — Payments can be made via Bank BCA for Local and use VGEN for International

(MV Commission)
I. General Terms
Available MV Types — There are 3 tiers available with different pricing depending on complexity:
- Basic MV
- Standard MV
- Complex MV
Each tier varies in terms of effects, animation, and overall visual elements.Usage — The final video may only be used for the agreed purpose (commercial or non-commercial).Client Agreement — By proceeding with payment or confirming the project, the client automatically agrees to all terms listed here.
II. Workflow
1. Pre-Production (Unlimited Revisions)Concept Discussion — The client provides ideas, visual references, storyboard, and song details (including lyrics if needed).Quotation & Pricing Confirmation — Total cost is determined based on tier, video length, and optional add-ons (special effects, motion, etc.).Timing / Script Setup — Sync check between the audio and lyric timing before editing starts.2. Production (Revision Fees Apply)Draft Preview — Low-quality preview to review pacing, flow, and transitions.Main Editing — Applying effects, syncing visuals with the song, and adding lyrics/typography.Color & Motion Polish — Final adjustments to lighting, color tones, and motion refinement.3. Finalization (No Revision)Rendering & Export — The final MV will be exported in .mp4 format, default resolution 1080p 24fps (unless otherwise requested).Delivery — The finished file will be sent via Google Drive
III. Payment
Payment Method —
- For local clients: via Bank BCA.
- For international clients: via VGen only.Payment Terms — Full payment/Half Payment must be made upfront before the project starts.Refund Policy —
- If canceled during the early or mid stages, a 50% refund of the initial payment will be issued.
- If canceled during the later stages or after nearing completion, no refund will be given.
IV. Revision Policy
Up to 2 revisions are free.Additional revisions will be charged depending on complexity.Revisions that will not be charged include:
- Minor text or lyric typos
- Simple color corrections (e.g., too bright/dark, etc.)
V. Additional Notes
Estimated working time: 1–3 weeks, depending on duration and complexity.The client must provide all necessary materials (final audio, logos, illustrations, fonts, lyrics, etc.).I reserve the right to decline projects containing NSFW, political, or copyrighted content.I may showcase parts of the finished MV as portfolio material, unless the client requests it to remain private.
